Oral BioTech offers a 90 day money-back guarantee on all CariFree products from the invoice date under the following terms and conditions.  After 90 days, all sales are final.

Expired products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Terms and Conditions Under 90 Day Money Back Guarantee

• Product Return Requirements: Please contact Oral BioTech at 866.928.4445 to receive a Return Goods Authorization Number, which must be displayed on the outside of the package(s).

• Shipping: The dental office is responsible for all shipping costs.  CariFree products must be returned to the following address:

• Damaged Goods: If the CariFree Susceptibility Testing Meter is damaged upon receipt by Oral BioTech, the original purchase price of the Testing Meter will be deducted from the refund.

• Inspection and Authorization: Within 15 days of receipt, Oral BioTech will inspect the returned products and make a determination of compliance with this Return Policy.

• Payment: For those products that are in compliance, a refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.
