Online Orders Return Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

All online orders are subject to the CariFree 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within the first 30 days of receipt simply fill out our Return Authorization Request Form and return the product for a full refund of product purchase price.

Once the Return Authorization Request Form is submitted, you will be provided a Return Authorization Number. The Return Authorization Number must appear on the outside of the returned package. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Products kept longer than 30 days can not be returned.

Shipping Errors

When you receive your order, please check its contents closely. While we constantly strive for 100% accuracy, mistakes do happen. If there are any discrepancies, you have 30 days to notify us so that we can take corrective action.

Should the products you received not match your invoice or packing list simply fill out our Return Authorization Request Form and a pre-paid return shipping label will be sent to you. Upon receipt of the unopened product that did not match your order, the correct product will be shipped to you.

Return Shipping

Oral BioTech suggests using a traceable form of return shipping. If a product is shipped without the ability to track the package, Oral BioTech can not be responsible for packages lost or misplaced by shippers.
